We are conveniently located between the historic Gaslamp Quarter and the Marina District in downtown San Diego, surrounded by Seaport Village, the Convention Center and the Horton Plaza Mall, along with a myriad of fabulous restaurants, shops, bars and hotels. Even though we are mere steps from the attractions and activities that have made San Diego famous, think of us as an oasis of peace, just waiting to welcome you in from the hustle and bustle of the city streets.
We're absolutely committed to sharing yoga and yoga-related practices, including: classes, workshops, meditations, pranayama, living yoga programs, retreats and even teacher training.
We were recently featured on Southern California Homes. Check out the article here: Pura Vida Yoga Center: The Calm in San Diego.

Pura Vida is a phrase commonly used in Costa Rica. It literally means Pure Living or Full of Life. Pura Vida has become a synonym of: Life is good!
Pura Vida can be used as a greeting or farewell (like Namaste), as well as to express gratitude, indifference, or happiness. So, you can use it in place of See you later! Thank you! Perfect! Let it go! Whatever! Relax! Don't worry! Chill out! Pura Vida means Awesome, Rad, Epic!
Our ultimate mission is to inspire you to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.
