I was first introduced to yoga by my sister in 2006. I used to dance and yoga was a great way for me to stay in tune with my body. After years of practicing on my own, I found myself at Pura Vida Yoga and began to deepen and cultivate my yoga practice. My yoga journey has guided me to develop self-love and the importance of living mindfully. I hope to encourage others to develop the same by teaching yoga. In my yoga classes you can expect to focus on soulful movement, breath and alignment. Come join me on your mat to play, dance and be surrounded by positive energy.
