Deeper spiritual offerings are threaded into my yoga classes, inviting each student into a transformative process, both on and off the mat. I began practicing yoga in 2001 as a way to find balance working in a corporate environment. I saw tremendous changes, both in my body and in my ability to calm thoughts and relax more deeply. As a way to give back, I obtained my 200RYT Certification in 2010. I have now taught more than 1,000 classes, and it brings me great joy to now teach yoga and meditation full time. I am very committed to my personal spiritual growth, as my heart has been opened by the transformation process. You will be invited to open your heart, as well, and explore the deep peace that lies within.
