Yoga first found me in 2005. Over the years I have sampled many styles, including hot yoga, power yoga and Iyengar methods. But I truly found my passion in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga in 2009- it is the deep connection of breath to movement in these styles that resonates with me. After years of daily practice, every time I step onto my mat, I feel as though I am coming home.Through yoga, I have discovered strengths I never knew I had and happiness in life I never expected. It is my intention to share my enthusiasm for yoga with my students, to guide them to joy and balance in their practice, as well as in their everyday lives.
