Xenia Guido

As I look back now, I can see that before yoga, I didn't really know who I was. Through this practice, I have found my way home. Teaching yoga and running a yoga studio is, without doubt, my life’s passion.

I share yoga because it has changed my life for the better. I firmly believe that when we show up to our mat, over and over, with intention and dedication, a shift starts to happen deep within. Before we know it, the practice becomes so much more than what we do on the mat. It becomes a way of life.

I am forever grateful to my first teachers and inspirations: Rusty Wells, Baron Baptiste and the team of teachers at Kripalu. I began teaching yoga in 2002.
