40 days

to healhier habits

Why 40 days? Ancient wisdom, current research and common sense suggest that it takes at least 40 days to completely reprogram ourselves, including both our minds AND bodies. In this program, you will challenge yourself to eat healthier, exercise more, really search for moments of quiet and take a good look at yourself and who you’d like to become. Your habits, tendencies, weaknesses and even your strengths will all play a key role as you begin your personal journey.

Our weekly group meetings are key to the success of this program, and by success, we mean yours, as well as the success of everyone else in the group. We meet to explore limiting beliefs, to share progress and challenges along the way and to ultimately provide support and accountability for everyone who enters our relaxing, quiet space.
