Intro to Yoga

If you are just getting started or feel uncertain about walking into your first yoga class at the studio, or if you have questions or concerns, then this is most definitely the right place to start.

This workshop breaks down the different types of classes that are offered in our studio. We'll begin with reviewing the basic poses we typically practice in class. Plus, we'll talk about the main tools: connecting breath to movement, alignment, focused/relaxed effort and quieting the mind.
