Kelly has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She began delving into the practice while working on her Bachelor's of Arts in Theatre and International Studies. Yoga initially was a way to stay in shape, expand her breath capacity for singing, and sharpen her concentration for acting. However, the practice transformed her in ways she never expected. It not only altered her perception of her body and self, but shifted her entire worldview, brought her peace, and a greater purpose. Motivated by the desire to connect and share this with others she became a yoga teacher.
