Bio: I found yoga in 2008 during my performing arts and voice training as a way to connect to my body. Since then, yoga has been a constant source of growth, inspiration, and discipline. Rooted in ashtanga yoga, my teaching style infuses traditional philosophy with contemporary themes for the modern yogi. Additionally, my passion for vocal expression, sacred music, and chanting has led me into the world of Bhakti yoga. I play with a Kirtan band and offer regular sound workshops. I am forever grateful to my teachers- for their patience, unending encouragement and strict guidance. Om Shanti.
