Is yoga easy?
If it was easy everyone would be doing it. It takes patience and consistent showing up to see the benefits of this practice. That been said choose the type of class that best suits your body and abilities and modify as needed during class.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable fitted clothing so you can stretch to the sides, fold forward, lift a leg, that kind of stuff. Bring your yoga mat or $2 to rent one at the studio. If you're a sweater bring a towel, you'll be glad you did. Bring a bottle of water.
Is this hot yoga?
It is not hot. Hot is 90-109 degrees. We keep the room to about 80 degrees for all classes.
